Hogan Tire & Auto Service Centers has been using Property Value Analysis since 2005. Each year they check the values of all of our locations for us. This is a huge time saver for us. We have received abatements on over-valued properties over the years. PVA has twice negotiated savings on our Woburn headquarters, recently saving us over $10,000. TH McCoy Restaurant Group has been working with Property Value Analysis since 2005. We have several McDonald’s restaurants located throughout Massachusetts. Over the years, PVA has negotiated significant tax savings at many of our locations. For example, at our Tewksbury location, property taxes were reduced an average of 14% for two years with a total savings of approximately $7,300. Equally helpful, PVA lets us know when locations are not over-valued. Whenever possible, they obtain property tax savings for multiple years greatly increasing our overall savings.
Over a ten year period, PVA has appealed our Tewksbury lumber yard on three separate occasions, each time obtaining substantial abatements. Most recently, property taxes were reduced by 10% for two years with an annual savings of $18,000.
