Since 1989, Property Value Analysis, Inc. has specialized in helping commercial, industrial and retail clients, who are over-assessed, lower their property taxes.
Our experienced staff can assist you in determining if your location or locations are over-assessed and should be appealed. There is no charge for a review and analysis of properties to determine if they are over-assessed.
If you are leasing a property, it is very likely you have the same right of appeal as a property owner. We can help you determine your right to appeal.
We perform a detailed research and analysis of your property tax assessment and present your case before the appropriate authorities to get you an abatement. We are familiar with filing deadlines and will make certain that you do not lose your opportunity to reduce your property taxes.
Our agreement includes the services of a law firm whose practice specializes in abatement work. This means that all of our services from local application to appeal, if required, are included in our fee.
Property Value Analysis, Inc. works on a risk-free contingency basis. We are paid a portion of what we save you, if and only if, we are successful in reducing your property taxes.
